Best Massage Oils. Get rid of cellulite.

Massage helps restore the body's natural tendencies by manipulating the muscles, and stimulating the circulatory and lymphatic systems that break down cells tissue. It promotes the best penetration of useful aromatic substances into lymph and a blood channel due to what the metabolism is normalized and removing toxic products from an organism is hastened.

We recommend using the following massage oils against cellulite: lemon massage oil, orange massage oil, juniper massage oil, rosemary massage oil, sage muscat massage oil, cypress massage oil, patchouli massage oil, sandalwood massage oil.

Some essential plant oils are not for treatment of cellulites, namely oils from spices and the majority of flower oils, they do not influence properly. It’s better to use herbal or tree massage oils, they stimulate blood circulation, have invigorative and tonic effect. Never use the same massage oil more than 2-3 weeks as after this term its efficiency reduces, your organism gets used to this massage oil. Moreover, if your organism is over saturated with massage oil allergic reaction may begin.

You can prepare massage oil yourself. Add 100 ml of oil - basis, e.g. olive oil, and about 30 drops of essential oil to a dark colored glass bottle, then shake well a bottle (it is desirable to store your oils in a cool, dark place).
